Covalent Acquisition Partners is a private investment firm seeking to acquire a lower middle market business. We are not a private equity fund with multiple portfolio companies and short hold periods; we are investing with a long-term time horizon and with the intent to become an integral part of the business we acquire. Our goal is to focus on a single platform and lead that business through its next phase of growth.

Our principal has a professional background in private company investing, but comes from a family of entrepreneurs and operators. We plan to leverage our experience in executing lower middle market investment deals in order to progress from introduction to closing quickly and efficiently while taking a people- and values-first approach that is above all fair to everyone involved.

We have a deep network of investors and advisors who we are closely aligned with and will be working with through closing and beyond. We can be flexible in structuring a transaction and have access to dedicated debt and equity capital to fund a deal (no SBA required).
